At the foot of Mount Oiti, in Ypati, we established the guesthouse "Ziakas Mansion”, located within a verdant, mountainous landscape at an altitude of 500m, next to a natural waterfall. A nearby destination, just 223km away from Athens, where you can enjoy fresh air and the unique scenery of the mountain away from the daily grind and city life. Built in 2001, "Ziakas’ Mansion" combines traditional and modern elements, as well as functionality and luxury. There are 10 rooms (21 beds), completely soundproofed and equipped with double glazed windows, offering a great view towards the mountain and the valley of Fthiotis.
