In a verdurous landscape among farms of olive trees and vines with great and unhindered view to the Cretan sea we decided to create a small holiday-installation in one of the settlements of Gramvoussa which surveys the bay of Kissamos. With respect to the environment and the architecture of the area we designed a hotel with stone views and a swimming pool consisting of 3 very comfortable apartments with all necessary facilities for calm and pleasant accommodation all year round. The hotel can accommodate in total 18-20 persons. The hotel is 10 minutes (8 km.) away from the town of Kissamos and 35 minutes (45 km.) from the city and airport of Chania. For the internal of the hotel warm colors, luxurious and comfortable furniture were chosen to offer restful and calm vacations. The construction of the hotel finished in March 2009. It is a simple 2 storey building with stone views and a swimming pool of 80 sq.m at the surrounding area. The view to the farms of olive trees and vines is unhindered from all levels of the installation.
