Livadi village is a small, quiet spot just a few minutes off the main road from Athens to Leonidio, so making it easy to get to, yet well off the beaten track. It has a lovely pebble beach with hidden coves for private swimming. The water is always crystal clear and inviting even in the winter. The five rooms at Manoleas are set within the greenery of the garden but have views to the sea and mountains. They are traditionally furnished and are clean, light and airy. These rooms are fitted with tv, fridge and also have air conditioning for the hot summer nights. There is a shared kitchen where guests can prepare snacks and packed lunches when planning a trip to the excellent surrounding villages, mountains and monasteries. These simple but comfortable rooms offer excellent value and make a great base from which to explore the local area or just spend relaxing days on the nearby beach.
