Villa Merlot is made up of three townhouses each with a livable attic,two one room studio-apartment and one two room studio-apartment.
Each townhouse includes three bedrooms, each with a double bed, two bathrooms and a wc, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and living room with fireplace. One of the three bedrooms is situated in the attic and also there is an sofa bed.
All the areas of the house are air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. The houses are also is equipped with TVs and DVD players.
The studios-apartments included one big double bed,one big bathroom,a small kitchen with all the necessary,a small dining room and small living room.

Exterior
Villa Merlot is tint with smells coming from the older vineyard of the island and with the breeze from the unspoiled pine forest. It is adjacent to the quaint church of Dafnopanagia which was constructed in 1833. The balcony overlooks the breathtaking sunset which is among the small island that surround Lefkada. From there you can also see the traditional village of Karia.The scenery is completed by the turquoise swimming pool(105 m² equipped with an automatic cleaning ozone system) and relaxing Jacuzzi. On the North side you can find a cozy area who can enjoy the breakfast. This area is equipped with a BBQ and a traditional stone oven ready to welcome residents throughout the day. Villa Merlot provides parking.
