Near the exit of Margariti and Katavothras Thesprotia, the family of Christos Ntritsos created a modern enterprise.
Christos Ntritsos, born and raised in his father's cradle, created his own Farm with beef and veal. With his actions and advice he turned his children to love the animals and thus growing up to take care of livestock.
His eldest son, Ntritsos, Fotis studied at the School of Cheese of Ioannina, then finished the Butchers' School and practiced for 2 years in a butchery.
With their own Farm, Foti's studies and experience have firmly established their business.
