With respect towards tradition and wishing to maintain the tastes of the unique Cycladic cuisine, we have created the Agrarian Tourist Women Association of Syros, "Kastri". A gastronomy workshop, with respect towards Syrian Cycladic cuisine and the consumer. With our main concern focused on quality and healthy nutrition and the knowledge inherited by our grandmothers, we manufacture our products exclusively from pure Cycladic raw materials, using traditional homemade recipes, within modern facilities, with fine equipment and keeping hygiene standards.
