Menu for us means that we cook as a housewife in her kitchen, as a mother for her children. We cook with love, disposal, patience and fresh materials.

- kid cheese from the villages of Vermio
- pure olive oil
- fresh vegetables
- raki and wine of local production
- natural potatoes (no pre-fried)
