At the end of the 19th century our great grandfather, exercising the profession of the traditional baker, made bread by hand in the old wood-burning oven.
Later on, his two children learned beside him. And despite the difficult times, they persevered, maintaining its reputation. After a pause of 35 years, the tradition has been continued by his great grandson «JOHN PANTERLIS».
This time with modern production procedures, pure ingredients, without preservatives, and respecting the rules of hygiene. In our bakery, you will find more than 10 types of bread, fresh sliced bread for toast all day, kritsinia, cookies and various pies. Our kourambie (powder-sugared cookie) and tsoureki (sweet brioche) have gained a high reputation, requiring their production all year round.
We are located in the central market of Ormos Korthiou of Andros.
