The new gourmet hot spot of Paros is housed in an old reconstructed mansion, at the centre of Paroikia. Its decorator and designer, Eleni Tsantani, managed to match harmonically the classic and modern elements, by using items, such as huge paintings with bright colors, reminding old wall-paper on the white Cycladic walls, creating a lounge atmosphere.
The desire of the owner Fragiskos Petropoulos to create a unique restaurant, not only in terms of aesthetics but also the flavors, became true. In a finely decorated place which stands out for its " discreet luxury ", you will taste unique and aoriginal creations of the Chef Dimitris Argiriou, who combines the Mediterranean cuisine with the traditional cuisine of Parow, creating truly divine tastes!
