The traditional square of Pyrgos Tinos, is our restaurant, which respects both the Greek cuisine from traditional recipes to produce happy, like squab in pot lasagna Tinos with fresh tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, fried, the marathokeftedes, and from our own recipes inspired by the Greek culinary traditions and local products: such as eggplant with garlic and parsley, rengosalata, cheese with yogurt and olive trees, but appetizers and main dishes.
The salads are always fresh seasonal vegetables: Autumn lettuce with sweet sauce and honey, summer or kolokythosalata maintanosalata. For ouzo and appetizers or for lunch or dinner with Greek and local wines you expect from Easter to October.
