One of the very good restaurants in Tinos. Dimitris Koulis and his sister Anastasia, run a truly "handmade" shop. From the dishes to the decor, all passed through their hands. The highly sophisticated restaurant is famous for its rich gastronomy of Tinos: wide variety of appetizers, fresh fish, cooked food and many kinds of salads and vegetables.
Taste trumps here tenderloin with thyme sauce, honey, mustard and sesame, risotto with shrimp and fresh tomatoes, chicken in parchment paper with mustard sauce and parmesan cheese, sardines with rosemary and tomato or garlic, thyme and lemon, Hull pork with apple and orange.
The cellar is home after a rigorous selection, 33 Cycladic labels.
In the end it is good to keep some space in your stomach and a sweets: Burnt cream with real vanilla from Madagascar or Macao, soft core bitter chocolate with walnuts, served warm with ice cream and orange.
