To Zimaraki Just on the stony entrance of Chora, on a balcony overseeing Panagia Church and the Aegean sunset, you can find ‘To Zimaraki’, a thematically decorated restaurant. ‘Zimaraki’ means the pastry, the basic ingredient of our restaurant. Lightings hidden in wooden bread cases, flour sieves hanging on the walls, dried spices give the interior and the exterior a feeling of rustic simplicity and home warmth. ‘To Zimaraki’ has chosen fresh ingredients from various places around Greece in order to prepare pizza in a stone oven, pasta dishes that can cover every taste, a selection of refreshing salads and appetizers such as feta cheese covered in crusty pastry sprinkled with carob honey, white eggplant with cheese in the oven, rustic sausage with Pontian cheese in a ceramic pot. Bio pasta from North Greece, flour from Achaia Peloponnese, cheese from Pontus, bread creations from Folegandros, meat and vegetables from the Cyclades. Creta soft drinks, Greek beers and wines are some of the products you can find at our restaurant.
