Our goal is to maintain Naxian and Cycladic cuisine using fresh, traditional materials of our land from crops organic production of farm and recognized value compounds, and many of them from our gardens in the community Potamias Naxos. Starting with our delicious breakfasts, all with Naxian cuisine. The combination of fresh cheese, day eggs, homemade jams, thyme honey, butter Naxos, herbs for your herbal teas, homemade cakes, Naxos yogurt with fruits, make us stand out. Our falafel with local Cycladic products like fava Santorini mountainous Naxos chickpeas, and local fresh vegetables from our garden, make them enjoyable. We ask the dishes of the day which is seafood delicacies such as fish, octopus, squid, marinated anchovies, bogue, mackerel and others.
