Reservation was cancelled BUT money not paid back!
We paid 30% of the total amount for the reservation in advance. Later due to the fact that Armonia informed us that they close their Booking.com account we decided to cancel our reservation because this was a sign for us that something is not like it should be. 2 months after cancelling our reservation the money is still not paid back to us despite many conversations with Booking and with Andreea, an employee working for Ioannis Roumeliotis, the owner of the property. We need to warn the users of Filoxeno about this fraud.
