Each villa, 120 square metres, unfolds in two levels, that connect with an indoor wooden staircase and can accommodate up to 8 persons.
At the ground floor of each villa one can find the kitchen- dining room area, adjacent to the living room in which there is a dominant fireplace. Every villa consists of three bedrooms, each with its own independent bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor while the other two are on the second. Two of the bedrooms in every villa have double beds while the third has two singe beds. The living room couch can easily turn into a double bed, making it possible to accommodate two additional guests.
Surrounding every villa are spacious verandas, beautifully furnished, which provide ample natural light, as well as moments of unique pleasure in nature. The 'Agrilides Red Villa', in the front part of the garden has a view to Lefkada's verdant green olive grove, whereas the 'Agrilides Green Villa' bears towards the lagoon and even further the sea which surround the city of Lefkada.
