Moraitika is a coastal settlement 20km south of the city. The region distinguishes for its tourist growth and hotel units. The settlement is built near the river Messongi’s mouth. There, you can see the remains of a greek roman building. According to archaeological excavations, the region is inhabited since neolithic Age. In fact you can see the remains of a temple from the 3rd century BC. Very close to it, is the settlement of Agios Ioannis Peristeron.

If, for whatever reason, you cancel the booking, the entire initial deposit is withheld. Immediate notice in writing by the person who filled the booking form must be sent to us. Such notice of cancellation is only effective when received by us. The scales of cancellation charges that will be levied for apartment-studio bookings are as follows: 1. Written cancellation received by us 60 days before beginning of renting the deposit is refunded to the customer (50€ cancellation penalty will be held from the deposit). 2. Written cancellation received after the lapse of 59 days before beginning of renting the cancellation charge is 50% of the rent. 3. No Show or cancellation at the beginning or during the renting the charge is 100% of the rent.
Deposit Policy: In order to confirm your reservation, you need to pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay in advance or the full amount if the booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
