Only 15m to the beach, Plakias ia a seaside and fishing village where you can discover beautiful beaches like Souda, Korakas, Amoudi, Damnoni and Preveli. You can visit these amazing beaches with our (speed) boat Foinikas. We also offer other boat trips to: Agios Pavlos, island of Gavdos, and an all day trip to Loutro. On the way to Loutro the boats stops at 4 other places: Frangocastello, Aradena Gorge, Marmara Beach, Finix before it arrives at Loutro. Plakias is also ideal for starting marvelous tours, e.g. to the monastery of Preveli, to lefkogia, the maintain villages Selia and Mirthios, and the mountain of Timios Stavros with its little white chapel (Holy cross). From there you have a stunning view to the bay of Plakias and the Lefka Ori (white mountains).
