The rooms and studios Egeon are situated opposite the romantic port of Georgioupolis with its small fishing boats and on the bank of the river Almiros. It is only a few steps to the sandy beach as well as to the village square. The Egeon is run lovingly and with care by Panajotis Mavroulis and his Greek-American wife Politemi. They offer in their building 4 spacious double bedrooms with refrigerator, 14 studios with kitchenette for 2-3 persons and a two room apartment. The rooms are fully equipped and have all toilet/shower and a balcony with sea and harbour views. The balcony doors are fitted with screen doors. For hot days there is air-conditioning in each room. The family-apartment provides 2 connected rooms diveded by the bathroom. The fishermen's idyll in the port is the world of Panajotis Mavroulis. He often set off with his small boat for the fishing grounds and often you can see him in the entrance hall or outside mending the nets.
