Porto Thiaki Hotel is a family run accommodation since 1987, centrally located in the northern village of Stavros on the Greek Island of Ithaca. The Stavros area is rich with history and culture and an ideal starting point to some of the best walking tracks on the island. On the 5th and 6th of August each year, Stavros is also host to one of the biggest street festivals on the island, Sortiros, also known as the Stavros Panighiri. We are proud of our island and have over the years, delighted in showing off some of the natural features Ithaca offers the visitor whether from Mainland Greece or abroad. Porto Thiaki Hotel is ideal for families with children. As we are on the main strip of Stavros, everything you need is only steps away. Polis beach with the historic Louizos Cave, Cantina, sunlounges and umbrellas, is also ideal for children. The shallow beaches make it alot of fun to play for all the family. If you feel more comfortable with a swimming pool, our partner accommodation, Asterida Villas, has a swimming pool and snack bar which is open to all Porto Thiaki guests for no extra charge.
