Conveniently located 2.5 hours by car from Athens airport. It is attached to the mainland by two bridges - a modern suspension as well as a charming old stone bridge, eliminating the hassle of ferry travel and timetables. Eviali Apartments are just steps away from the waterfront and local stores of Limni, North Evia. The rooms are walking distance to charming tavernas, shopping, the local museum, and only a short drive to the famous Monastery of Saint David or the healing springs of Aedipsos. Your hosts Stathis and Madison are here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible and speak Greek, English, French and Spanish. Stathis' family are all locally born and raised and he teaches Engineering at a local technical college while helping with the apartments during the holidays. Madison is Australian/American and has spent most of her career in 4 and 5 star hotels, in various places such as Sydney, Los Angeles, Tirol-Austria and the UK. We pride ourselves on our Green Energy usage wherever possible in the rooms. Water is heated with solar panels in the Summer and by a wood boiler system in the Winter. Wood is sourced locally within Forest Regulations to clear fallen trees. The exterior is painted with Insulated to reflect excessive heat during Summer months. Energy efficient lighting is used. For longer stay guests we change sheets and fully service the room every three days to help preserve water and the environment. For shorter stay guests, such as four days; we offer a towel change on the second day. Recycling is available and for those that wish to take it another step further, composting is also available.
