Villa Polyxeni is situated just 250m from the harbor of Sivota. You have an astonishing view from all rooms and apartments. A special treat is, having access to a little beach, walking the small path below our houses! The sun rises just opposite, behind the mountain of Vrachonas and faces the front of the villa until noon. The beaches Bella Vraka and Karvouno are only a 10-minute walk away!
We are a family business since 1983 living door to door with you as our welcomed guests. Like this we assure a 24 hour presence always at your service! You can enjoy privacy while having a peek into Greek everyday life.
Our accommodation is underlined by a decent elegance, always proving a good quality ranging from the sound- and heatproof walls and windows, to latex mattresses, allergy friendly pillows and duvets, certificated textiles (Oeko-Tex Standard 100 ) in bed linen and towels of 100% Egyptian, long staple cotton. Porcelain, pottery and cutlery are of well known, Scandinavian brands.
Have a taste of our own ecologically grown olives, the extra virgin olive oil, our fine and characteristic wine! In our garden we have a certain range of seasonal fruits, vegetables, spices and herbs.
Whether you are a couple, a family with children, a group of friends or an individual we care about making your stay as comfortable as possible.
