The first floor of the villa offers a fully furnished living room and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchen gadgets, tools and cooking utensils. An interior staircase leads to the second floor, where there are 2 separated bedrooms and a balcony with a sea view. On the 1st floor there is also a bathroom equipped with the necessary amenities while the ground floor has a small WC.
