The Plan B holiday residences are built on two levels atop a cliff overlooking the Aegean. Guests can enjoy compelling panoramic vistas of the serene gulf, relishing in the calm and relaxing landscape. The villas are situated in Kalo Livadi, in the southern part of the island, 10 km from the center, 11 km from the port and 10 km from the airport.
The villas were designed by the architectural firm blp Architects, based on the concept of a small village or a traditional settlement, where the residents, stemming from all around the world, can get acquainted with each other if they so wish, without compromising their independence and privacy.
Each villa comprises 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms as well as a living room with a fireplace, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room and bedrooms are spacious and rich in natural lighting, offering a breathtaking view to the sea. The large verandas outside each villa provide the ideal setting for morning coffee or breakfast overlooking the sunrise or an afternoon cocktail with a view of the sunset, as well as lunch in the cool shade of the pergolas or dinner under the moonlight.
All Plan B holiday villas are in perfect harmony with their natural surroundings, harmoniously combining elements of traditional architecture and modern aesthetics. The minimalist decoration, the wooden roofs, the silky smooth floors in the color of the sand, the whitewashed details and the built-up shower pans make for a genuine Cycladic home experience.
Outdoor facilities include open-air parking spots for guests’ vehicles as well as are BBQ facilities for the largest one of the three villas, while the whole yard is enclosed in a stone wall outfitted with a remote control gate.
The yard and surrounding landscape, boasting an evergreen garden of fauna that is typical of the low-humidity Cycladic nature, was designed by landscape architect Elli Pangalou.
