The apartments are located 120m from the sea in Kavos-Lefkimi of Corfu, one of the biggest sandy beaches in Corfu island. They are at the center of the settling in a quiet area 50m from the central road.It is a new built, contemporary, two-storeyed building. It consists of five apartments at the ground floor, three small apartments that have a bedroom, w.c., living room – kitchen 30m2 and two bigger apartments with two bedrooms, w.c., kitchen – dining room – living room 52m2. At the small apartments there are two beds and at the bigger apartments there are four beds. The external stairs will lead you at the first floor where there are also five apartments same as the ones at the ground floor. All rooms are air-conditioned. Everyday cleaning, change of clothing every week.The external area is surrounded by plants and trees and a traditional yard with a table and chairs shaded by bougainvilleas. The re is also a stone, traditional barbecue and a well. It is a traditional building and all the bedrooms have verandas.
