The property is set in an acre of land which is full of greenery and flowers. The apartments are conveniently located within short distance (500m.) of one of the most famous sandy and un spoilt by tourism beaches of the island , called Kaminia. Other nearby beaches which are well worth a visit are Skala , Katelios , Lourdas , Poros , Trapezaki. The spacious verandas of the 40 sqm apartments overlook the Ionian Sea and the island of Zakynthos. Ideally located Ratzakli is between two of the most popular tourist resorts on the island Skala and Katelios There is also a wide range of local tavernas / restaurants and little souvenir shops in the villages of Skala and Katelios which are 2 and 3 klms respectively. The setting is ideal for those who seek peace and quite!
Opening to a spacious, furnished balcony or terrace, the air-conditioned apartments have a separate bedroom and an open-plan kitchenette with seating and dining area and are equipped with a full set of kitchenware, kitchenette, refrigerator, electric kettle, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, including full set of porcelain tea / coffee cups, drinking glasses, various sizes of plates,TV and an iron. The bathroom comes with shower and a hairdryer.Each apartment can accommodate 2-4 persons. Setting one more bed (for a fifth person) is charged extra. Towels and sheets are provided.
